The GM uses any adventure/system/setting regardless of the specific rules of that system

Simplification starts here. Set the official rules aside and use these instead:

● when the outcome of an action is uncertain roll the die

● 4 or more >> Success

● use the relative die and test P or M depending on whether the effort is physical or mental

● choose a special ability (trait, feat, quirk, you name it) that you have borrowed from your host. When you use it, roll 1d10 when taking tests

● if it's too generic or too strong.... throw it away and change it

As a parasite you don't give a damn about quests, rewards, political intrigues, or anything else that doesn't just concern your survival but…….you want to colonize as many bodies as possible...
